Eliptical Machines - Stay Cool With A Built In Fan

One of the greatest features available on eliptical machines is the built in fan. Now you can work out as hard as you want and have the cooling effect of the fan to keep you from overheating. This is usually one of the problems associated with working out indoors. Because you are not moving forward like you would if you were biking or running, there is no wind to keep you cool. An eliptical machine with the fan built in will solve this problem for you.

You will find different manufacturers of eliptical trainers will have different styles of fans. Some will be electrical and require some sort of power source and others are powered by the user. This style will provide it's wind in direct proportion to how much effort you put into your workout. If you are going fast, so is the fan and vice-versa if you are going slow.

These elipticals with the built in fan will either have it located on the front or back of the cross trainer. This is simply a preference for the user as some would rather feel the wind in their face while others may prefer it from behind - the choice is yours.

All in all an eliptical that comes with a built in fan is a great idea for those who like to be cool!
