The Proform 650 CardioCross is the base model elliptical trainer offered by Proform. Now don't let that stop you from looking at it. For just under about $300 you get a machine with many great features. One of the best is the SMR™ Silent Magnetic Resistance System which uses magnetic pull to create the resistance in your workout, for powerful, yet quiet resistance. Work as hard as you need to on your Proform 650, without disturbing the household.

The Proform 650 also uses Reflex Step™ Technology - a slightly curved pedal flexes with each step, then returns to its original position, propelling you to the next stride while absorbing impact. This great and allows you to enjoy a smooth workout that's easy on your joints.

The Proform 650 elliptical trainer also comes standard with integrated upper body arms allowing you to tone and strengthen your arms, back and chest. There is also a pulse sensor so you can work out at your target heart rate.

All in all the Proform 650 CardioCross is a great unit in it's price range, offering some super features not often found on models this cheap.
