July 31, 2004 By: Kevin Brown Elliptical StriderLooking for an elliptical strider? You've come to the right place. A new Elliptical Strider is only a click away. The difference between an elliptical strider and a cross trainer or elliptical trainer is that the strider works more like a pendulum in that your feet kind of swing back and forth. The elliptical trainer on the other hand uses a flywheel and other mechanisms to produce a complete eliptical motion. The elliptical strider doesn't really make a full motion all the way around. Instead it simply swings from front o back. The elliptical strider is generally much more affordable of the two but on the other hand it does not offer the same versatility of a full featured elliptical machine. Choosing an elliptical strider may be the solution for you if you are not planning on using it a lot or if you don't require any of the bells and whistles.
