Do’s and Don’ts When Using An Elliptical Trainer
- Do comfortably place your feet onto the foot pedals, stand
straight up and hold the handrails
- Do increase your resistance, distance, levels, etc.

- Do wear proper workout shoes to give you proper support
- Don’t hang anything off of your workout machine
- Don’t place your hands near any of the moving parts
